I cannot express the gratitude that we feel towards our loan officer Krystal Nellis. When I first called her, we had just been notified that our landlord was selling our home that we had been in for 9 years. I was a single mom to 3 kids and I never dreamed that we would be able to buy a home and that’s where our angel stepped in. After me blubbering to her over the phone and being so scared that we were gonna be homeless, she quickly put my mind at ease and we began the process of buying a home. 02/11/2020 Letter of Appreciation To whom it may concern, Gavin Beebe is a Loan Officer and I have been looking for a home loan to purchase my first house. First, I went with quicken loans and had a terrible experience with the first agent. The second agent was very polite and helpful but found out I did not qualify with them!! Right when I was about to give up I got a call from Gavin Beebe. He told me just to hear him out. I thought why not, I have nothing to lose anymore due to not getting accepted through quicken loans. He went over all my info with me. He even asked my permission about everything he was doing... a few days went by and I got a call that gave me hope again. It was Gavin Beebe!! I was so excited and happy to hear that I had a good chance to have my dream come true!! We worked together for several weeks then suddenly I got approved for what I wanted!!!! But there were things that still needed to be fixed or corrected. We currently are still trying to get everything in order but it has been a little over a month and I still get his full attention, still gives me the great advice, and the best help since day one!!!! I thought I found the agent I wanted which was with quicken loans thinking there's no way someone can impress me, with this guy at quicken loans!! I have several people coming in and out where I work that talked a lot about real estate!! I was for sure, I was going to recommend the agent from quicken loans! Since working with Gavin Beebe I have changed my mind!!!! I have now found the best agent and the most understanding agent I have ever spoken to!! We had the best agents working for us, Michelle Lutz and her awesome daughter Tynisha Lutz. The bent over backwards to help us get our home sold and get us into our new home as well. We live in Tremonton so the drive is far but they did it several times a week and sometimes last minute so we could go look at a showing. The homes were selling so quickly here we didn't have a lot of time to wait. On the selling side, Michelle was great with her knowledge of the market and where our numbers should be. She's a straight shooter and will give you the real number of what to expect. Not try and fluff you up for something that may never happen. When negotiations began and contracts were being written, she was right on top of it. She will fight for you. I trust her 100%. The same was for the buying of the other home, she did not allow anything into the contract that shouldn't be there. The best part... When it came to moving day, I was not able to help. I had shoulder surgery the week before and was told not to lift. Michelle and her husband let us use their trailer which was such a huge help, I also had a uhaul but only my family and few other friends from our ward to help fill it. Upon hearing about this, Michelle said she was coming up to help. And she did. She kept getting after me along with my wife, to not lift and just make sure it gets out in the right place. In the end Michelle and Tynisha weren't just working for us, they were working with us and now after it's all said and done they're our friends.
