I recently purchased my first home, with the help of Mike Wright with RANLife Real Estate and Mike Cox at RANLife Home Loans. Buying your first home can be very scary and not knowing the procedures that are invilved, I really wondered whether I would be able to do this. Mike Cox was wonderful and walked me through the approval process. He explained things to me that I could understand and together with Mike Wright they worked together to find me the right condo. Mike Wright was wonderful to work with. We looked at many many condo's and each time I would look at more condo's, he knew exactly what I was looking for. He always seemed to be one step ahead of me.
