Shout out to my awesome refinance guy, Chris Todd Miller. This shouldn’t have worked. My credit has been demolished. My house is under renovations. My income leaves much to be desired. But he made it work. Also, during this process, we had a conversation that I would like everyone that I ever interact with ever in the history of the world to follow as a template: “So, Kris, we’ve run into a couple issues. But I already have the solutions, so no worries. Here’s what I need from you.” SERIOUSLY, EVERYONE. DO THIS. This process was stressful and I had a bunch of other even more stressful shit going on. I was getting phone calls every day with more problems I had to solve in every area of my life. You have no idea how much of a relief it was to know that this was handled. If you need help in this arena, I highly recommend him.

In June of 2022, I called the USDA office to get information on there loans. With in a day or two a Loan Officer returned my call, and her name is Kristi Behrens. From the first conversation I was sold. Kristi was very reassuring, she answered all my questions, and prepared me for the process ahead. Being a first time buyer (not owning a home for over three years), I was very nervous and had many more questions. Kristi was very patient and her voice was so comforting. If she didn’t have an answer, she would research it and get back to me asap. I could call or text anytime, she would get right back to me.
