Where to start... We lost everything when the market crashed in 2008.... we were crushed and super bummed... We have always owned and this was our first time renting and we were tired of renting last year we called Seth at RANLife to see about getting a loan and then we realized we didn't have enough for a down payment and could not afford to do it at that time and told him to call us in about a year. Well we did not hear from him for a year, then he called and we were still unsure. Then he suggested we send our info in just to see where we stood in getting a loan for a home. We sent it in and sure enough we qualified and I totally forgot about borrowing from my 401K for down and next thing you know in a month and a half we are in our new home!!! We just recently had our house refinanced through RANLife and they were absolutely awesome. We had tried since April to get refinanced with a lot of run around from other companies that assured us they could refinance w/o any problems. This was the 4th home my wife and I have purchsed and I must say hands down working with Seth Riddle with Ranlife was the best experience we have had. From the very first day Seth was always in contact letting us know every move on our loan and was very good about letting us what we needed and when. I know from the last 3 that when it comes to the loan it always seem like they always needed more info with Seth he let us know what we needed and that was it. we closed yesterday so about 3 weeks from start to finish and my head did not hurt by the time we closed, for the first time when buying a house.
