Recently we have a great experience with RanLife and one of their agent Seth Riddle. We liked a lakefront house in Sugar land, Houston. We knew it would be difficult for us to get another loan because we just purchased a multifamily house in New York, Queens beginning of this year. In fact three traditional banks rejected us too even have a pre-approved later. It was great disappointment that something we like to have for all of us but couldn't get it. Well right on the realtor table there is RanLife's business card and to try our luck I called them. Seth Riddle was the agent answered the phone and from that 1st call to the entire loan process he was with me in every steps till we closed the house on 06/19/2015. Seth a highly professional, detail oriented with lots of patience person helped us to get the loan with lowest possible interest rate among our multiple houses. I can't thank him enough and RanLife Estate. Just to let you all know before accept rejection for an answer try one more time and may be just may be there is a door wide open waiting to well come you!
